Since its inception in 1980, the David Suzuki Foundation has worked to educate Cnaadians about the links between our well-being and the natural world.Tehe David Suzuki Foundation uses research, communication and public education initiatives directed to the Canadian Public and Opinion Leaders to promote viable solutions to the most pressing environmental issues. In the 2008-2009 fiscal year, the Foundation focussed on Climate Change, Marine and Freshwater, Sustainability, Terrestrial and Nature Challenge.
